Consternated
Once immensely chirpy;
now as quiet as death.
For a bird catcher is on his way.
Trying the best to hide
But skillful and determined;
in the end, he will get his prey.
Fluttering in his hands,
trying to flee away.
But there is no respite!
And all fades away…
Now freed, but
left with a broken wing.
Endearing very hard;
the sky always seems way too far.
Abiding by the enforced fate,
on the grounds, new abode is
set .
But still as quiet as death;
as who’s to know,
the bird catcher might be back again...
